About the Bijbelkiosk

We are interested in you, because God is interested in you. Moreover, He loves you. When we tell this to our visitors this often is an eye-opener. Time and again visitors discover that God is diffirent then they always believed.

Jezus, the Son of God, has talked a lot about piece and tranquility. Time to relax. But also piece with yourself, your environment and even with your enemies. That is possible when you live in piece with God. We would like to tell you more about this!

Stichting Bijbelkiosk-Arbeid, also know as Bijbelkiosk, has as goal to share the gospel of Jezus Christ. We do this by listening. We talk with you in one of our kioks or bookstores. We also sell bibles and christin lecture.

The Bijbelkiosk in Scheveningen is a remarkable point a long the beach since 1954. This little store is on a top spot on the boulevard, opposite to the Kurhaus. The kiosk is open 7 days a week, from 11:00 till 17:00, whole year long. The kiosk can be reached by all trams and busses going to Scheveningen.

You can visit our kiosk in Amsterdam nex to the Concertgebouw. Important musea of Amsterdam are close by. This kiosk is open 6 days a week, from 11:00 till 18:00. The kiosk is reached by tram 3, 5, 12, 16 and 24.

The Evangelic Bookstore Oase is located in Terneuzen and has become a well-known place in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen over the years. In 1972, Brother and Sister Koster started evangelistic activities that resulted in this bookstore with biblical message. Many visitors have found the true peace of the Lord. Current opening times can be found onthe website.

Stichting Bijbelkiosk-Arbeid runs the bijbelkiosks and the bookstore. The board consists of Manfred Santing, Amersfoort (chairman), Bernhard van der Snoek, Barneveld (treasurer),  Anton Kroes, Terneuzen (boardmember) en Leo Zijlstra, Eindhoven (boardmemeber).

Everbody who works at the kiosk is a volunteer. These volunteers will dedicate their time with you, from love for you and God. These people, old and young, go to diffirent churches.

In the kiosk in Scheveningen there are over 35 young volunteers helping. From May till September, during the nights out,  they are in pairs in the kiosk. During the summer holiday they are there every night.
